I hope that it's really good, though I'd be hesitant to drink a wine named "my daughter-in-law".
On topic, Stacy and I shared a bottle of 2005 Longoria Pinot Noir "Fe Ciega". It was superb.![]()

It's not arms or legs
Just about any Pinot that comes from the Fe Ciega vineyard should be pretty good, I have liked every one that I have sampled. Fe Ciega sources to most of the top producing wineries and their consistency is reliable. The Peter Michael vineyard produces some pretty awesome Sonoma County wines and one of the top Cabernets even compared to some of the Napa heavyweights.

I agree with your first sentence, but your second sentence makes me believe that you are confusing Fe Ciega with another Sta Rita Hills vineyard. Fe Ciega is Longoria's estate vineyard. AFAIK, the only other winery making a Fe Ciega is Ojai Vineyards. The rest of the grapes are used in Longoria pinots.
That's OK. I drink so little Chardonnay that it doesn't matter.Oh, your hesitancy is my gain.![]()

Weggy Ebby!
Jin -- not ignoring your post, it's just that my palette isn't that refined -- I can't really tell that much of a difference between the two. So now that I know what to look for, am going to revisit.

If Dusty did wine labels, I'm thinking they'd all look something like this.

When I'm browsing the wine section, there was one I actually did a double-take on, and it looked a lot like that (if it wasn't exactly that, only I don't think I was in Australia, I think I was in Germany or Italy or something). Didn't buy it, but seriously considered it.
How is it?
I did buy a couple wines called "Evil".
And just earlier today, I was wearing all black. Entirely black. I can't think of a single thing I had on that wasn't entirely black. Not a single splash of color.
