MGS4
Is anybody else picking this game up? I know I sure am tomorrow after work. I haven't been this phyched for a game since GTAIV and that was like a whole month ago.

I picked it up and stated playing it for a few hours and I have to say that at least from a game play perspective, it's really good. I dare say the best metal gear has ever played. So far the story has me enraptured. The main potential problem for somebody that is thinking about picking it up is that you really will need to have played though the previous three to know what's going on in the story.

please do. If you're a fan of the series you won't be disappointed.
One last thing, this game has some of the best graphics I've ever seen though I haven't seen crysis in action.

MGS3 is one of all all time favorites, I wish I had a PS3 for this one.

keep your eyes peeled on craigslist and in time you might get luckyl. I picked mine up for 275 dollars around 8 months ago. It's a 60gb model with the emotion chip so almost all PS2 games are backwards compatible.

So is this game running in native 1080p or 720p upconverted? I'm trying to find an answer, but most of the discussion threads are discussing the plot which I want to avoid reading about.

ok so i played a few more hours of this tonight, everyone with a ps3 go buy it right now. this is very easily the game of the year so far.
this is the console selling game that sony had been waiting for.
