Diablo 3
I know it was announced a while ago. But today they released some more news at Blizzard Invitational.
Gameplay video and a cinematic trailer. Both available as a Bit Torrent download at their website.

i'm just so thrilled that they aren't fucking with the formula. i've been saying for years that D3 had better be isometric, and not a fucking MMORPG, and it looks like Blizzard listened to me.

i was obsessed with Diablo, in high school, but i can't go back and play it because it feels so primitive compared to Diablo 2. i've gone through Diablo 2 so many times that the idea of playing it again makes me ill

Yesterday, they had a teaser up on their site. They had a frozen iceblock with some HEL rune markings in it, etc and once I saw it I was like OMG! And today they released it! I watched all the trailers and I can't wait. I anticipate this game more than SC2.

the story of Diablo 1 was awesome. i remember seeing a trailer for Diablo 2, about a year before it came out, where the voice over said something to the effect of "find out what happened to your family!" they certainly skipped that part in the final offering.

I am so hyped up about Diablo 3. The gameplay looks to stay true to the series with a couple of new aspects (ie. destroying the surroundings). I'm tempted to go find my D2 discs now and give it a whirl again.

 . Okay, I'm hyped for Diablo 3. As Reks mentioned I used to play Diablo a bunch and D2 as well. This is going to be insane. From experience, whenever Blizzard releases a game, though there are many delays, it is a great product in the end. I really can't wait.

I never did any real computer gaming back in high school, so I never really tried Diablo, except for about 5 minutes at someone's house. This looks pretty sweet though. I was impressed with the soundtrack to the trailer. It actually sounded pretty vivid and lush. Not bad for a videogame
