What tubes are you using right now?

here's something a little different. for those of you who use tube amps, what tubes are you using? right now i have a National Gold Line GC67 for input and a pair of Tung-Sol D Getter 5687s. i switch between several 6CG7s, 6SN7s and 7m7s for gain, but the Tung Sols tend to say in the output position.

A pair of Westinghouse ECC40's on the input of my amp, also have Philips & Mullards, but keeping those as spares. Output varies, my amp can use 6SN7's, 12SN7's, 1633's (25V 6SN7), 6BL7's, 6BX7's, and 6AS7's. Yup, I built some versatility into it. For outputs I most often use the 1633 and RCA 6BX7GT.

A new setup in the Supra 392 with a tall bottle sylvania 7n7 for gain and two GE 6bl7gt's. Nice ....

In my MPX3 I'm using a National Union 7n7 for the gain tube and Tung-Sol D-Getter 5687s for the outputs.

In my Prologue One I'm using Telefunken Smooth Plate 12AX7s, Amperex Orange Globe 12AU7s and SED EL34s.

oops never replied. yep as said before i'm using a Melos SHA-Gold with MAR Reference Mods. The Mullards are the sweet spot between the sugar mids of the Telefunkens and the very extended, aggresive Amperex. But currently I'm in the mood to rock out, so I rolled in the Amperex A-Frame 6DJ8 pair and they are boiling over, oh yeah!
