Disappointing as Guttenberg's other reviews have been so strong.
Well, he doesn't claim they're the best headphones ever. All he seems to say is that they offer above-average sound, solid bass, are comfy, and isolate. I tend to agree, even with the "above average sound" part. Sure, to us audiophiles they sound like shit, but compared to junk like Bose and whatever else the average consumer uses... they're not bad.
Whats really sad is the links on the bottom. I wouldn't want Consumer Reports offering Headphone rankings to anyone.
