I'll dig around because nobody has decided on a standard cheap off the shelf foster phone to use, we've been using whatever comes our way, usually cheap crap off ebay. I'll look to see what would make a likely candidate and go through the process. Don was asking about doing a project like this but again, no standard, easily available shell. Ideally something from the likes of Radio shack would be good.

smeggy, I was trying to find a good but cheap and new headphone with an enclosure that would be ideal for the SFI transducers. Seeing as the supply of SFI transducers is all but endless, it'd be a good project to put on HeadWize. It doesn't make sense to buy an expensive headphone just to gut it for the enclosure and sources of used headphones are unreliable. I was hoping the UR20, which costs less than $30, would be a candidate for transplant. Do you know of any cheap headphones that would work in such a project?

smeggy, do you have any pictures of the your SFI-UR20 headphones, especially ones that show your mod work?
