Seriously: see it on your own, first. I almost went and saw it again this weekend, because there ain't anything else worth watching. Still might.

The acting was pretty bad, the script was cheesy as hell, the plot was lame and very easy to guess what would happen later on. Only worth watching in 3D/Imax, and just for the visual experience if you're into movies, but otherwise a nice family movie.

Speaking of bad movies, one that I "recently" watched that I particularly hated was The Hangover. Can't believe I actually went to a movie theater and paid good money to see that stinking pile of shit. I laughed maybe once during the whole thing, and the rest of the time kind of either just went duurrrrrrr or facepalm or both.

Right you are, I did see it in on regular dvd. If they are going to go 3D, they could at least let the new Uhura actress give some kind of hand job with a Wii or something. Now a good movie was Brooklyn's Finest.

It was, in a word, wretched.

Fancy cartoon aside I saw nothing worth watching in this movie. If I wanted to watch a prolonged visual effect, well, I don't want to watch a prolonged visual effect so that's the end of that.

Imaginarium of Pointless Plots. Terry's losing it, the visuals weren't even anything new or special. Major points to Lily Cole though, damn that girl's hot. Pretty sure she's some kind of genetic mutation of cuteness that has no chance of propagation. And she's even a ginge.

I liked Imaginarium a lot more than I thought I would based on the critical acclaim, but not as much as most of his other movies. Need to go on a Terry Gilliam kick.

Me: finished Red Cliff -- 'epic epic is epic' -- Jesus Christ, you don't say? Got that right! 4.5 hours, more than 50% of it seemed like battlefield battle, some of it downright horrific. The first hour or so gets a bit slow, but once the first battle starts, it really isn't slow again. I have to say, I didn't quite see the ending coming,

    Kick Ass.

I went with a friend who wanted to see it. I was expecting a somewhat humorous, if somewhat stale Seth Rogen clone. What I got was a thoroughly entertaining ride, the likes of which I've not encountered since 'Freeway'.

Lily Cole is a Grey from Alpha Reticuli. you've seen the nude photo shoot, right? regarding the movie, i don't think it was completely his fault, given the circumstances. i think he should quit making movies, though.

Watched most of The Blind Side with my immediate family tonight. Tried to keep it together, mostly did because my 4 year old nephew and 6 month old niece kept me entertained. Once they fell asleep I just couldn't ignore how utterly devoid of life that movie was. I feel all icky now, need to go watch something real.
