The International. Interesting concept but the story telling, I think, could have been better.

The Brothers Bloom -- best movie ever. Go see it, end of discussion.

    Night at the Musuem 2 - 5/10

Didn't really like it. Lots of lame jokes and Ben Stiller was too PG-fied. Amy Adams was nice to watch though.

Watched "The Incredibles" again to refresh my memory and gauge whether it would still be too scary for my son. Verdict -- yes, but what a good movie. Also, the DVD version upconverted on the OPPO was pristine even at 110". Hard to imagine the eventual Blu-ray transfer looking much better.

Our son loves that movie, and has since he was about three. I need to check out that Oppo.

Yes. It'll be showing on TV soon though. Just wondering though, how does watching the first one affect the second one?

BTW, agree that the Incredibles and Kung Fu Panda were awesome movies.

I jsut didn't think the 2nd was much different from the first, so I'm wondering why you went in with such out of line expectations

Back and forth between movies and music all weekend.

Angels & Demons, Better than the first one and pretty good all around.
Terminator Salvation, Its was O.K., but not as good as I had hoped.
X-Men origins Wolverine, Wondering if I should have switched this or Terminator out and seen Startrek instead.
ALso pay per viewed Eagle Eye. All these movies and nothing really to say WOW over. I liked A & D the best.

HD Pay Per View which is really not HD but ED (720i). Was OK but not nearly as funny as I thought it would be. This is the unrated version (?) Lot's of F bombs and questionably funny adult humor.

Yes. You watched a bunch of crap. (Eagle Eye being the stinkiest; A&D being the least.)

Sophmoric gross out humor, but somehow it works. This extended unrated version is about 30 minutes too long.
