    Not now, but last night:

    My iPod on random shuffle

It's funny -- it's almost like the iPod knew what kind of mood I was in from moment to moment. (E.G., "Okay, enough of that, now I want something hard." *)

Somehow listening to it live the other day (the KCRW performance) and hearing her explain how it all came into being helped it click for me. Basically the material is 3+ years old and was supposed to follow Happenstance closely but issues with the label put it on hold until she was able to sign with someone else.

It's a very good recording of an excellent performance of these guys at their peak. The coliseum has open walls and you can hear the rain outside during the rendition of "Eye of the Hurricane"; lots of space, very ethereal. It's been remastered to CD a couple of years ago.
