Just watched My Super Ex-Girlfriend tonight -- was surprisingly good, though I went in with low expectations -- I heard it was worse than The Avengers -- it wasn't -- the worst part about it was the title -- she doesn't become "ex-" until about halfway through the movie. Way to ruin a plot point. I giggled several times, and there were definitely scenes that were done right (the reveal was excellently played, for example).

Also, Premonition -- I love sideways story-telling, and this movie was probably the least good of any of them that I can think of (Pulp Fiction, Go!, Run Lola Run, Butterfly Effect, 11:12). That said, I still managed to enjoy it -- I don't typically like Sandra Bullock movies, though I have to admit to liking quite a few of them (if that makes any sense) -- this was probably the least Sandra Bullock (as an adjective) of any of them.

I enjoyed this movie too, though it didn't bother me that you knew she was going to become his ex. They played her up as bat-shit crazy pretty much from the start.

I enjoyed it too.

Just watched Bridge To Terrabithia. I enjoyed it quite a bit too, for what it is.

Yea, I thought it wasn't a bad movie. The ending was kind of boring though.

No spoilers please! :stick:

Pirates 3, again, this time, without the freezing up every 5 seconds -- much more enjoyable. I'm definitely going to have to track down the soundtrack (I enjoyed it enough that I'll be picking up the special edition if there is one).

I Am Legend.

Cheesy, cartoony CG ruined the movie for me. Otherwise, quite decent.

I saw AVP:R last night. It was much better than the first, but it was still pretty bad.

BSG: Razor -- meh. Would have liked to have them explore the lesbian relationship more, especially in the extended unrated version. "Cocksucker" was just insufficient justification for watching that version over the other. Not sure what other differences there were, but nothing jumped out at me in terms of justifying the "unrated" rating.

I watched Rush Hour 3 last night as well and thought it wasn't as bad as people made it out to be.

I watched National Treasure. As a general rule I hate Nicholas Cage but this was one of the rare times where he didn't completely ruin a movie for me. My wife feels the same way and agreed he was surprisingly tolerable. It was entertaining enough that I'll watch the second one at some point too.
