Looks great Mike!

Climbed from sea level to the ridge above Mission Beach and La Jolla no less than 4 times. My legs hurt.

I used to *slowly* bike up the hill from the beaches of La Jolla to UC San Diego when I lived there. Those hills are tough!

I did that. I then went down to the beach in Torrey Pines and back up for good measure. It truly kicked my butt.

Trying to decide if I should do it again tomorrow :)

My first day back to work after 3 1/2 months on disability from my Heart Valve replacement. Was just getting used to laying about.

I was in Subway this morning having breakfast and the Steve Harvey show was playing on the radio. I'm listening to this guy, and thinking, "But isn't he dead? This must be a rebroadcast or something..." Then I asked the girls that worked there, and they said I must be thinking about Bernie Mack. Then it really hit me: those are two different people! Wow, the things you learn...

Btw, I am not in the Navy.

However I actually do wear uniform at work, or should I not reveal this?

Depends. How do you feel about Piña Coladas and getting caught in the rain?
