Trying to print the One Piece (Dungeons & Devil Fruits) rules for that D&D game I'm running for my Son's birthday and it crapped out half way through the players handbook. So I'll probably try to order some of the 3rd party toner... or just sneak print it at work.

Happy Birthday Dinny! I either didn't clock your real name back in the day or it has filtered through the sieve that is my mind. I'm excellent with the search tool though, so finally figured it out. I used a Printronic cartridge from OCProducts - I might try the cartridges at 123ink.ca, Moustache brand next.

I'm going to look into the 3rd party cartridges. When we first got it I don't think there were any, but hopefully that has changed by now.

I started using 3rd-party ink for my HP DeskJet - it's been working out fine for the last year or so (HP discontinued the cartridges).

We've been using Canon inkjet printers for quite awhile (had two). Our current one is a TR8500 something or other IIRC. I buy the ink off of Amazon (EZ Ink store there) and it has worked fine. I had used Epson prior to that but got tired of their print heads clogging and bricking the printer. Ink is $25 for a full load for our model (currently on sale for $16). EDIT: Our is a TR8520. Best Buy has a similar TR8620 now, here.

I wished Dinny happy birthday by text. I mentioned that Philodox has reappeared, and suggested that he do the same. He claimed he would take me up on the suggestion and in the meantime he asked me for say hi to the HC crew. So hello mothersfucker!
