  5. no pictures, but I have a new favorite steak. sous vide ribeye cap, tied to a medalian, and sous vide at 117 for 4 hrs, then seared on a cast iron pan that had been preheated to 550, for a fantastic crust. Holy crap this is a life changing meal.

  14. Lots of classical music, centered on Kyung-Wha Chung. On Vivaldi's Seasons right now, but I really liked her album Con Amore as it was a bunch of unfamiliar material.

  16. I was trying to shore up my aristocrat credentials the other day, and digging through some Greek mythology. I noticed that Orpheus, the source of the world's greatest music, was married to Eurydice. Eurydice was stalked, chased, and effectively killed by a minor son of Apollo: Aristaeus. Pretty bold name for an amp, Justin

  17. Went for my first scooter ride since the accident. I can operate the Left brake and the turn signals just fine, and it sure feels good to ride in the open wind again.

  18. - I need to lose weight; - I need to cut down on my carbohydrates; - I need to cut down on my fats and cholesterol; - I need to cut down on my salt; - I'm lactose intolerant. So...yeah, pizza, once in a blue moon for me. And since we're friends on Facebook, you know that I had pizza twice within the last couple months, so...yeah, must forego for now. Just like beer. I miss beer, too.
