Just want to let you know. I'm a fan of johnwmclean work and been very happy with his builds.
I bought a few of his phones and also two head-amps. One was Beta22 balanced with 4 boards maybe about 4 years ago and still run strong with no problem at all. And probably late last year I bought his KGSSHV off-board. And still happy with them both. He really build beautiful amps with high quality parts. You can his work at:
