  1. A Night in Tunisia - Art Blakey & the Jazz Messengers
  2. Make yourself comfortable, connect the 007 to the BH, turn up the volume and put Tomorrow Never Knows. Ufff, God. It's brutal. Ringo's drum track is insane...
  3. This is my favorite Beatles album. I have several different versions of it (mono, stereo, Japanese, vinyl, cd, deluxe, etc... including an original from '66 that I bought on a visit to London a few years ago) and this is undoubtedly the best of them or at least it's the one I enjoy the most in terms of sound.
  4. I guess that this is not the appropriate thread (sorry guys) but I think it's a very interesting video. As you all know, I like to collect different versions/editions of certain pieces. "Kind of Blue" is one of them. Right now I think I have about 7 different editions (vinil and cd). I admit that the reel to reel tape is something that has always attracted me, although I don't dare to enter that world.
  5. Iยดm checking the lens that I repaired a few weeks ago. I think it's fixed
  6. Yesterday I repaired a Canon ef 17-55mm f/2.8. I bought it broken for โ‚ฌ150, the diaphragm didn't work and here the ST does not repair them, so you have to send it to the mainland. This lens cost arround 800โ‚ฌ new here. For 3 bucks I bought the flex wire conection that moves the diaphragm and after 5 hours of work (I had never opened an objective) and a hour cleaning glasses.... I was able to leave it as good as new. After a good while taking this thing apart: The damn broken flex wire: Its alive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  7. Who said that sport is health? ๐Ÿ˜
  8. Iยจm changing the pulley on my Perspex6 and doing some adjustments,: Jimi Hendrix: People, Hell & Angels,
  9. We just got back from Disney and... we couldn't miss the photo of our idol: And some boys wanted to take some cool photos with Ale.
  10. Please, could you suggest me a substitute for the 2SJ352?
  11. Very, very good, although perhaps my favorites are Blue Lines and Mezzanine... or 100th Window
  12. Kevin gave me a design with 6C33 many years ago (arround 2017). I use it constantly and in fact, it's my favorite amp. I have changed the preamp tube many times out of curiosity but never the 6C33... and that stuff already accumulates enough hours of use.
  13. @justin bad boy.... I've been looking for the schematic and the sand for an hour ๐Ÿ˜ I couldn't find the schematic (KGDT only) but I find it: Kevin sayd: schematics for mig here. http://gilmore.chem.northwestern.edu/kgdt1.gif http://gilmore.chem.northwestern.edu/kgdt2.gif mig amp can be built balanced or unbalanced, uses grounded grid 6c33 output tube and solid state current source. (4 tubes balanced) mig2 amp can be built balanced or unbalanced uses grounded grid 6c33 output tube with a 6c33 as the current source. (8 tubes balanced)
  14. I remember reading about the old amps (MIGs) Kevin designed... especially one that was totally overkill but I don't remember their names.
  15. I bought it on pre-sales but you can listening on spoti... Mammal Hands Gift from the trees Simply delicious As I savor this, I'm waiting for the latest Go Go Penguin work due out this month. ๐Ÿ™‚
