The last real concert that I went to was Garbage and the Smashing Pumpkins at the forum. All I remember was that it was really loud.

Would I be better off going 210 for the stock or 250 for the Red Clou cable upgrade. Have done much research yet on the Red Clou. Found some threads on HF and so far it sounds like it might be a pretty good cable upgrade. Right now I have emails out to the sellers trying to find out exactly how old the cans are.
I would buy the pair with the Red Clou cable. It is probably going to sound better than the stock pair. And if you decide that you do not like the cable, you can unload it for more than the $40 difference in price.

I am currently listening to DSOTM on vinyl and it sounds fabulous. The only time DSOTM sounded better was on SACD in surround in studio 1 of the Capitol Studios.

I haven't gone to a concert in years, but the last one that I attended was a Smashing Pumpkins concert with Garbage opening for them. It was one of the loudest concerts that I remember going to.
This was before having kids. I let my wife take my daughter to the Hillary Duff concert

I may try some Grados, but wanted a closed headphone.
I had some SR60s for a long time, but gave them away.

I ordered the Ultrasone HFI-780 to see what the hype was about.
I also took Alex up on his V3 recable offer at 20% off. I am hoping to have a fun rock headphone with a bit more aggressive character than the laid back Sennheisers that I have.

My kids have that game, but when they go to bed, I play and it is a lot of fun. I haven't gotten very far, but it is addicting.

I have to agree on Radiohead, some of their albums just sound like background music.
But they do have outstanding packaging, some of their limited edition booklets, etc. are very nice.

i love beard papa's, i love both the vanilla and strawberry.
i remember when they opened in southern california, we had to wait in lines for about 45 minutes. but worth the wait, much better than a wait for sprinkle's cupcakes.
