Given that wimax isn't even an approved standard yet, I'd be willing to bet what they're doing is more likely wifi with directional antennas. And speed drops off drastically based on how far from the tower you are. So do your research carefully.
If it helps, pretend you are just paying for the cable internet, and that the basic cable isn't there.
I have satellite tv and cable internet.
Same here, directtv for television and cable for internet, cable is the way to go, I had verison DSL and had the same type of issues you had. Hell, they even disconnected me a few times when going to install for a neighbor and left me paying for a pile of shit in my hand.

Smooth Plate Telefunken's will give you the nice bass of the Mullard but they have nice detailed highs and big sound stage, kinda 701ish but nothing harsh. I did install some Sylvania gold pin drivers to smooth out the Tele a bit and that is a real good pairing as apposed to the Tele and the Tungsols.

Have got a good deal on ECC82 Mullards CV4003 tubes, so I took it, will be interesting to hear the differences, if any will appear...
Those are the box plated yes? If so I would like to see what you think of them compared to the smooth telefunken.

I am more interested in Tung Sols Black glass, which are quite rare, like 6SU7 Brown based with Black glass as well. The last one I own and really like in my EAR, so I thought I am going to give it a shut to these 12AU7, but was wonder if anybody could say some more about them...
Amperex, Telefunkens smooth/ribbed, Mullards all kind, Sylvania 5814a gold pins are all known and if I cant get cheap these Tung sols I may buy some Telefunkens Smooth plates one...

For starters, I think everyone owed an amp from Mikhail, having waited over some reasonable period, SHOULD mail a complaint to the Colorado AG, like, you know, on the same day? For maximum effect, that could be drafted by an attorney in Colorado, and shared amongst all in similar straits. At least it would uncover one less place for the roach to hide.
Why would head-fi do that when they have Audiophilechina.com as a continued Premier sponsor in spite of the shitty things they are doing for customers? Maybe some of these lawyers should get with Jude and form a better contract for getting a sponsorship and remaining a sponsor?

Tyrion, I just wanted to add that Mikhails reputation for bullshit is not new and was not outed in the recent threads on HF. The problems were there for all the current customers to read about for quite some time. Here is an example.

Rotel RCD-991 CDP. PMD100 HDCD and 2x PCM63P. Sony laser mech instead of Philips (as in you can find them and they don't cost $100). Going to take a serious look at some mods; output stage, possible clocking, etc. These are supposed to be built very well; I guess I'll find out once it gets here. Need to find a remote for it.
If anyone has suggestions feel free...
You may want to try the programable Logitech remotes, if that CD player is in their database then your good to go.
