What are you EATING right now?

Recommended Posts

Maura didn't finish all of her braised short ribs last night so I preserved some of the fries that came with my burger.  Breakfast was good.

Two questions, what part of the Shepard do you use to make the pie and what libation pairs the best with said pie?

ground shepherd works best, because they're usually pretty scrawny, and red wine, obv.

Nice!

I ate a lot of horrible crap in Vegas, as one does. Did have a superb Tomahawk ribeye at Jean-Georges Steakhouse -- one of the best pieces of meat I can remember, and I've seen a few. Experience slightly tarnished by the 500% markups on the wine list. Stuck to cocktails.

Starting with the salt and butter tray.  Truffle and Greek butter with Hawaiian black salt and smoke salt and a meat tray with duck prosciutto , etc.
