If I put my life at risk by not pulling out the push mower for the steep parts, I can finish mine in about 3 hrs. I really need a ZTR. I wish that'd been true when I lived in kirkland, wa. That stupid grass grew faster than anywhere I'd ever lived. Felt like I had to mow constantly. Of course, I had a dull manual mower.
