If i've offended anyone that is actually bipolar, it was completely accidental. My sisters ex was diagnosed with a very severe case of tourettes. So i know what that is really like, and looking back on it, it completely makes sense. A former friend of mine i now think has the same thing, plus being a manic depressive. Seriously though, it might actually explain some of billy's actions. If you have seen billy in action you know what i'm talking about. There has to be a rational explanation... There are a number of people I work with that are definitely bipolar, and admit to such. No billy, I'm not picking on you. What more than that do you need? This happens all the time, it's not really new (and it certainly doesn't take a doctor to diagnose). And it's not really the same as Tourette's or bipolarity at all.
