The Audiophile USB and E-MU 0404 USB are the ones I would choose. I use the audiophile and it has rca ins/outs along with coax digital in and out, which means you can also output digital to dac, then dac feeds amp, then loop back in through the rca analog in to try the chain. You can do that with the emu too. The other ones are a bit limited.

If you dont mind spending a few bucks more to get a firewire or combo laptop card adapter, the firewire audiophile is a much better choice because the usb one limits you in terms of the overall in/out choices. Lets say you do 24/96khz then you can only have ONE choice, analog in, out, spdif in, or out. If you use two or more, you will only be able to do 24/48khz for the channels.

With the Firewire you can simultaneously play/record 24/96khz with rmaa or whatever else.
