Chen is probably the best, but my favorite has got to be Morimoto for his creativity and cross-cultural cooking style. The Natto battle is great. It seems like his Iron Chef personality was a put on. when i went there he was nowhere to be seen and the food was so-so..but i think by then he had bailed on the philly scene.....but we didnt order the special lineup..forgot what that was called....
