I got the ones at Ebay. They are OK. 3-4 weeks to arrive thru USPO. I am having a bit of problem with the MJ15025/15024 version of PSU (re-testing and substituting components after an accidental short between +22 and gnd). Does the components without heatsink get warmish after 15 min without load. On PSU, I noticed that PNP and NPN and lm4040 diodes can get warm/slightly hot (how high?). Second, the short happened when amp was connected. Do you think I damaged any component on amp. Thanks.

For the KSA5 "new" power supply, pnp mpsw56 (1A) and npn mpsw061 are both obsolete. Can I substitute it for mpsa56/mpsa06 (0.5 A)? Or can I use BD180G, which has 5V emitter - base voltage VEBO (instead of 4V in original) and gain bandwidth product ft at 3MHz (instead of 50MHz). Or 2n4033, which has 5V and 1A (400 MHz). Thanks in advance.
