  1. Thank you everyone for reverting back. But I have resolved the issue with the help of this article. Actually, the problem was happening due to outdated software. After updating the software properly, the problem got solved. Now I have no longer any issues. The TV screen appears to be the same as before.
  2. Actually some personal reason, I signed up on this forum and then I was having the issue. So I posted the thread here. I did not try to connect to any Samsung technical support forum. If there is any solution on this issue, please help me.
  3. I have a Samsung QN90A TV and recently I have been having a problem with it, I am getting the black screen. I have no idea why this happens. Could someone please help me to solve the issue?
