April 7, 200818 yr I have 6 pcs 6088 tube, with this spec : I want to build tube Amps with 2x9v battery. Anyone has headphone amps schematic with this tube
April 7, 200818 yr I doubt one exists. How are you going to supply the 1.5 volt filament supply with 2 x 9 volts? This tube is a pentode .... what are you going to use for an output transformer?

Using 7805 dan resistor.. or maybe Using Battery 1.5v I found Phono Amps schematic using 6088 http://members.aol.com/sbench/6088pre3.html I found Pre-amp Schematic using 534AX Pentode http://www.dogstar.dantimax.dk/tubestuf/gallery4.htm Can I build like soha / yaha using op-amp ?
April 7, 200818 yr The completely backwards approach. I have something and want to use it. Pencil tubes not really suited for this. Send the tubes off to pete millet and he can put them in his whacky portable for you. Not going to be cheap. You are going to need the switchers he uses to raise the B+ to something like 48 volts. Then use the solid state buffers to drive the headphones. 48 volts and 1.5 volts both come off the switcher.

April 7, 200818 yr not quite but close. pete used an off the shelf switching transformer with 2 secondaries. one was used for the filaments.

Ok. it's not easy to get switching transformer here.. if only use those schematic for plate voltage and 2x batery 9v plus 1x 1.5v batery, this one will work ?
