Is it possible to add the option for a daily digest notification of subscribed threads, instead of an individual email for each and every subscribed thread?

I recently changed my settings from "Immediate" notification to "Daily" notification, and now I get sent 15-20 emails at 10:02PM each night, instead of spread out throughout the day. I did this to reduce the number of emails I get, not just to change the time that they arrive.

I looked through the settings and didn't see a daily digest option. Thanks!
