    Thanks for the welcome. Still have one of the original stands holding my phones On a similar tangent, why the sudden surge in vintage RS-1 demand? Did Grado's recent button removal prompt a revival? Or do they really sound that much better?

    A slight digress, but I had a brief fling with a semi-vintage Rs-2 (no serial #, dark wood, brown band) and I still regret our breakup. I think the search will be satisfying.
