Well... I suppose those could be useful if there is ever a shortage of HD650 cables again. For over double the price of a stock cable I am willing to spend the few seconds to get the plugs off myself.
Yeah but then you'll have an extra solder connection and an ugly bump on your cable where the joint is.

I just got the word that Cardas is going to start selling the unterminated plugs for the Sennheisers if you want to build your own cables.

I like it a lot.

(and picking up the local digital off air broadcasts which is free and in HD during prime time)
Most of the time it's great, but some channels claim HD when all they have done is stretch the picture to fill the screen. TNT is probably the worst about it. Watch the L&R outer edges of the screen when there is motion. When they get to about the last 1/4 watch the image stretch out all of the sudden.
