The amp looks lovely but 250 gain is quite low, should be say 1000...60DB,cant help but wonder if this amp is set up to fail and its cost is crazy.

Another amplifier that looks interesting by Feliks Audio:The bliss but................just seen a photo of it in use and the volume was at 14.00 which suggests low gain,12.00 is the most I have ever had to go on a stax amp.....

Thanks Sptrizer,if I remember the 3es wasnt a true tube amp but used op amps at the outputs????? That's scandalous. I am looking for a SOTA tube amp for electrostatics, its either the Blue Hawaii or the Grand Cayman if and when that comes out?

Hi all new to Estats...looking for the best value estat amplifier,the Blue Hawaii is a name I hear.Can somebody explain why this particular amp is so good for estats unlike Stax,Topping etc. I ask because already theres a low opinion on the new Feliks amplifier...so looking for something really good.Thanks
