I just started playing this game last week and I have to say it's pretty amazing. It really reminds me of the classic Need for Speed games (Most Wanted, particularly – the first one). I didn't know there was an in-car view... that's what put me off the game when it was released. The graphics and physics are pretty good for an arcade racer.

I'm looking forward to getting more cars and leaving Rookie status behind... life is all about money and rep. Also, the soundtrack is entertaining for the period.

If you follow cars, this game will really date itself (2008). A lot of the cars (like the Cadillac XLR-V) are long extinct.
