I'm not a huge fan of mashups, but some of these cuts are awesome. The last one with Kool Keith is amazing, and Breathe And Stop (Q-Tip) is much better than the original imo. The other one I really like is Time's Up For Freeman, Hardy And Willis with O.C.

The rest are ok or kind of bad, but definitely listen to those 3 if you like hip-hop or Aphex Twin, or music in general.

Personally, I think the whole mashup idea is about five years past its expiration date, but I do hear occasional rework that transcends what is otherwise (IMVJO) a novelty genre.
