i would love to hear ur thoughts about the gsx as a pre..of course i want to hear what other pre's you tried.

you should love it as a headphone amp..sounds lucious

Sorry, I won't be able to give any useful opinion in regards to its capability as a preamp since I'm a complete speaker newbie and have had only one preamp (an headphone amp with preamp out at that) before.
