So if anyone else is a fan of such genres, and who's also in the DC/MD/VA area, there is a local music fest full of bands who make music in those genres: MySpace.com - DNA in the DNA Radio WMUC Radio 88.1 FM - 101 - Male - COLLEGE PARK, Maryland - www.myspace.com/dnainthedna I've seen a couple of these bands live before, and while they are by no means mind-blowing, they are pretty decent, IMO.
