Below the vishey 4700uf caps 

 

They seem to be some sort of discrete voltage reg made to replace std. 78xx/79xx regs. Sparkos makes some, and I saw some on aliexpress, but nothing that looks exactly like these.

I removed them and replaced them. I tested them and they work fine
