Anyone excited about this? I'm a bit apprehensive, personally. Firstly, because it's a re-telling of the (biblical) King David. Secondly, it looks like Ian McShane is playing Swearengen sans guttermouth.

BUT... as a period piece/alternate reality I have to say, if they can pull it off, it might be bloody great. Is anyone else looking forward to this one?

I've been catching it late nights on Hulu... It's been canceled, but I wish it wasn't. I'm fairly impressed with it.
