  1. I'd be interested in hearing some comparisons between the 4gen with iMod vs. 5th gen with a quality line out doc and cable.
  2. I'm probably behind on this the dark stuff in the genre's listed but I'll list a few oldies but goodies. Kidneythieves - Trickster or Zerospace Jack Off Jill Collide
  3. It takes a little time to copy, paste, and add all th info so it is a minor PITA but this could be a good female vocal resource. Something that goes beyond a list of names and albums that have no genre or real meaning to readers trying to sift through what they may like or dislike. So do come back and add your favs!
  4. Ok, the music forum needs help! I thought we could make a thread for the female vocal fans, something that could be bumped with new stuff as time goes on. To keep this easy on the eyes and those who are looking to find some new female vocal music let's limit the number of artists/bands that you recommend to a total of 5. I'll set up a format that can be pasted so we have a bit more than a list of names and albums. 5. I watched before I read and was waiting for a big ass crash at the end, wild stuff
  6. Well not everyone liked it but most felt it was the best among the PT. Although Hayden was pretty bad in ATOC I thought he improved much in ROTS and Ewan is an incredible actor. Look at all the films he's been in, he is so versatile. The thing with Star Wars is that the original trilogy is not the whole story and the first three are supposed to connect, that's the point. When Vader tells Luke that he has already saved him it means so much more after the first three, Obiwan's death is far more sad, the remade end of ROTJ showing all the other planets (which I didn't like at first) I enjoyed after watching all six. As far as the end... contrived? How could it not be somewhat contrived if you knew that Vader had to be masked by the end? The emotion with the death of the Jedi in Order 66 and at the end where Obi was welled up screaming that he loved Anakin and he was his brother and then leaving Luke with the Owen's, I though it was all very well done and was the most emotional film of the saga from a tragic perspective. But hey, I'm and SW fanboy so it's just one fans take on the movie.
  7. You need to watch all six together... it really gives the entire saga different feel and Anakin's turn in ROTS and his end in ROTJ, even his meting Obiwan in TPM for the first time become more meaningful. Most people like ESB the best and ROTS second... I'm one of them
  8. My trip to Maui made me forget about my invite here so I just remembered and am dropping in to say hey and thank you for invite! The name wakeride74 has been changed to protect the redness of his neck
  9. Duh, Revenge of the Sith! The Island and Batman were close seconds (yes I'm a Ewan fanboy)
