Purple is fine... I certainly wouldn't mind winning them and trying them out for my phono section. If I have time, maybe I'll submit a few more designs... but, to be honest, 21" is probably too short.

If the LED is using up the charge stored in the capacitor, wouldn't the effect on the line be somewhat different than a capacitor in parallel just charging up and releasing back on the line? I'm having trouble picturing this. Is there a resistor on each prong? What value and rating is it?

Thanks - I'm glad you guys dig it. I can always tweak or fine tune it to fit various proportions (link buttons, banners, etc.)
