I personally didnt like the v2 of the magnums and sounds likes the v3 is pretty much the same thing with the overwhelming bass.
The v1 was pretty great though.

Both times, they had to run a new cable into the house. They also need to install the ONT box and then it can take a bit as they setup the whole thing. This was compounded by the fact the installers were relatively new as we got FiOS quickly after it became available at both places.
Yea, ours went pretty quick because the ONT box was already installed in the building (but no one in the building had fios?) and most of the wiring was done beforehand. Just had to get the wire to where the computer was gonna be and turn on the signal. Sadly, turning on the signal took an hour due to random complications.

Been playing around with Nikon mf lenses on the Sony Nex 5. I love being able to use the older Nikkor manual focus lenses that are plentiful and relatively cheap.
Here is the Nikkor 300mm f/4.5 with the Nex 5 on the back.
Here is a bird shot with that combo (f/8 @ 1/500, and straight from the camera with a slight crop.). A little soft, but it was very windy that day.
The 300 mm and the NEX looks hilarious! I like using my dad's old manual nikon lenses on the 5d.

The clarity and soundstage on these Magnums is beautiful. I am loving them. They are definitely bassier than neutral though. I like it, though I think on some songs I could do with a bit less bass. Mental burn-in FTW hopefully

Seconding this, the bass is just ridiculous, reminds me of those cheap car stereos people install... they have a nice size and good build quality but that's about it
Did you put them on stands? I really like my A2s when you put them up about ear level and nearfield (about 1-2ft away from each ear). Gets rid of the overwhelming bass and improves imaging and everything else
Also, as many other people said, A5s are much better than the A2s so used A5s are probably the one to go for Posty.
