Why there has to be this shouting match between us nate I don't get. If anyone is a hypocrite it is you. You are polite, respectful, hell even helpful when posting to my threads in the other world. If you friends were allowed to read what you say there vs here maybe you wouldn't be in the "cool" club! Sadly I appreciate you help and comments and wish a feud was not neccessary truely! For the record I owned the hr-2 almost a year. You don't honeslty belive that I hyped the product for a year and you know it! The only person you are trying to convince is yourself. I did not gush about the v-dock to sell it! I buy enough stuff from ken that if I didn't like it I could have easily returned it. Yes I hated it so much that I had vinnie build me a custom power supply for it so it ran as quite ac powered as it did from the battery. You guys dream up all these crazy conclusions for your own entertainment. I wish I had not sold the v-dock as the price went from 550 to 750?? I had planned to re-purchase one down the road. The reason it was sold is I wanted to try something else and simply could not fund it any other way. It was the v-dock or the dog and 7 year old whippets don't get much return on your dollar. Believe what you want you will anyway. I do not hype stuff to sell it! I am excited about it and share. That's what's fun about this hobby for me. Hardly a has been Wedding DJ! I opened and worked at some of the biggest clubs in my area, CT, MA, NY. They would bring me in to get the place hyped (3 turntable mixing, video mixing etc) build a mad craze for the club and hire and train the DJ staff. Then I would move on and be hired by the next big Club. SInce 1984. In addition I have worked in Radio and done much prof voice over work. Have I done Weddings sure all DJ's start that way! At least get your story straight instead of just pulling one line from my profile!
