    Hi plaurids I am very happy to read that a Stax headphone enthusiast like you lives near me. I'm French and I live in São Paulo since a few years. Like you, I own a Stax SR007 headphone and also a SRM 006 tA amplifier with CCS mod. I hesitate to do the port modification for the headphone because I'm not very dexterous and I'm afraid to damage it. I would be very happy to meet you to compare our two headphones and discuss with you. Thank’s a lot
