I've test driven the newer G37 and somewhat agree what deepak has to say about the space in the back. For smaller build people, it's not that bad, but I can see it being cramped for more "normal" sized folks. I also found that the road noise is pretty bad for a luxury car, but you may be okay with it if you're used to a WRX. While driving on the highway sitting in the back it's hard to hear what people are saying in the front and vice versa.

How is the control dial on the S95? The one on S90s I've played with turned/moved waaaay too easily while in use.
The new one is clicky.

Watched the Giants get a W on the road against the Phillies!

Thanks, guys. It's just one of those end-of-a-long-week days. May celebrate tomorrow, but right now I'm super happy to just be home from work, listening to music, and eating leftover cake from work for dinner
Happy birthday, Penger!
Happy belated to you as well Thanks everyone else!

Really like the first one, VPI.

24-105 is great, but 50-120 would be better, if it could be as sharp as the other 2. The 24-105 is about par with the 17-40 in terms of optics.
Is this statement more for full or crop?
-
Considering you already have 24-70 & 70-200, I doubt you'd use it either. I want one eventually so I can just carry it and 10-22 when I'm out and about, instead of carrying my primes.
EDIT - I supposed I'd be able to do the same with 24-70, but I want bit more reach since longest focal length I've got now is 85.
Been considering getting a 24-105 as well... in theory I think it would be a great outdoor walk-around with the coverage it can provide.

I hate it when I forget to check the ISO.
Those are some really nice pics there. Bright white birds in the bright sun are really hard to expose properly.
I wish I had your 7D. haha Then shooting at ISO 1600 wouldn't have been as bad. Loving your urban shots by the way.

Got a couple okay shots outside of work today... annoyed to find out I shot some of them in the wrong ISO though

I dunno about that DAC... but that Kenwood looks wicked.

Happy Birthday!

Nice pic Iron_Dreamer =O What kind of settings do you use to get a shot like that?

Yeah, I used to, but they pinned me a few times too many, timing it such that my account went near zero, or in one case, negative. (They charged me twice.) That was kind of the last straw.
Yeah, yeah, I know, I should have more room on the card. I suck at that. Trying to get better. Haven't gone negative in months.
No doubt they are a pain. I had to call 3 times to get my shipping address changed. And they shipped 2 orders to the wrong address... never actually apologized for the inconvenience now that I think about it. Luckily, I'm still on good terms with my old coworkers who generously sent me my orders.

Thanks for the note -- I canceled my subscription because they kept charging my card without checking first, which they were supposed to do, so I'd rather just buy them manually. Can someone let me know what the latest batch of titles are, so that I buy the right ones? Or is there a resource somewhere?
I swear there are days that the only thing that gets me through them is the music.
I do it for the free shipping haha. But here are the 4 I got:
Count Basie And The Kansas City
Roy Haynes Quartet Out of the Afternoon
Duke Eillington Meets Coleman Hawkins
Oliver Nelson The Blues and the Abstract Truth

Apparently 4 Impulse! SACDs. Guess these are still coming out.

No. I was told about the free program (the case gets mailed to you) and I'm not sure that they actually had cases available.
I recall a friend telling me that the apple stores will not begin to carry cases until after the free case program comes to an end.

Not in the mix but... Houshmandzadeh going to the Ravens might be worth a look.

or 7, 8, 9, 10....
There's also that discontinued 1200mm monstrosity - I believe B&H has a copy?

The end of the gif was some kid slamming into that divider at like 100mph, and he walked away from the crash virtually unhurt.

Just got an email from drobo about some back to school pricing. Here's the link: Drobo Back-to-School Special
