Usher Dancer CP-8571 speakers

Has anyone here heard these? They received high praise from Yikes, and doing some searching a few other people at Hfi (not newbies) liked them as well and preferred them to most speakers in its price range.

I haven't heard them but it seems Joe D'Appolito had a hand in their design. I've liked most of his designs that I've heard plus he's a really great guy.
