Minibox E charger?

Featured Replies

I'm working on a person's Minibox E. What do these things take for a battery charger (he didn't send it). I think I got it fixed (self-inflicted from said person "rolling" the opamps), but since the battery seems to be drained, I can't test it without a bit more knowledge.

Any schematics for these floating around?

Seems to be rather similar to a Mint (and therefore SR71, etc.), but no rail splitter... must be using a pair of Li Ion with the ground taken at the junction (3 wires coming off the battery pack).

nm... charge was in the box... some dumbass didn't look hard enough :palm:

Which model are you working on? The original MiniBox-E or the later version MiniBox-E+. The original was 12VDC and the later I believe 18VDC. Good luck and glad you found the charger.

I do not have the schematic, hope the enclosed two pics help. BTW the backsid picture is of the MiniBox-E.

It's an E+ and I already found the problem (pending testing). One other quirk about this is the power switch doesn't seem to want to shut it off? Switch comes out, but amp doesn't turn off; this one has the push button switches on it. Might have to replace it if I can figure out what it is. Thanks.
