Kevin suggested using 20K feedback resistors, I soldered those in, as well as changed most of the other resistors to 0.1% 2512 smd resistors. Input jfets are from diyaudio.com store, matched within 0.1ma. Got new transformer and now using GRLV set to +/-20V,  I cannot get the offset close to zero, +output to ground 0.1-0.2mV/other channel 0.1-0.3mV, -output to ground about 10mV/other channel around 17mV. measured between + and - output, one channel around 12mV, the other channel around 19mV. I measured without connecting anything to the inputs or outputs. What should I change to get rid of this problem?
