Don't have another box or power adapter to test that. It was being real funky yesterday and kept on trying to re update when it had been updated already. Yarg!!! And at least at that time, they had, in lieu of doing repairs, a program that gave a fairly massive discount toward a new unit. I didn't do it because they replaced my SB3 under warranty, but it was something like send in your unit and some money and they would send back whatever model you wanted.
