Thanks... Even thought I have a belly full of Thai food (Pad Cashew 4* spicy) I unpacked the rest of the boards. I'll open some packaged and snap a few pics tomorrow. My goal is to have all the orders put together this week.

For those of you that ordered TKD pots, do you want to wait till they arrive for me to package and send? Or, do you want the boards first?

Dang... Gunny died. Thought that guy would live for ever

The board house found something with the bal/unbal tube board. Thickness in the stack showed 1.6mm. They suggest ignoring that, going ahead with producing them at 2.0 mm. Is this ok?

Wire sent for TKD order and board order placed. Now we wait. My guess is 3-4 weeks on the boards and 6-8 weeks on the TKD order

Offset is a different problem. We are working on this. Apparently it is easy to solve without changing our pcb's. I just fixed one of mine, but surely there will be an improved PCB.
Basically we already know how to fix it. Modifying the 250 Ohm resistors... at least in my case.
I need to modify the rest of my buffers to compensate the offset. Let me experiment a little.
ok, I'll hold tight to see what the fix is. I'm still matching devices anyway

Distance between tranny and the boards' reservoir caps are only a few mm apart.
Can you get some grain oriented steel and wrap it around the transformer. That's what I did with my 2 channel build in one box. It reduced the hum to almost nothing
