Power went out 20 minutes after I posted this. As far I as know, it's still out. I'm sitting in the center of Amherst, having just got pizza at Antonio's (famed local establishment). There's some really shitty acoustic band playing in one of the meathead bars. About 5 more minutes of this and I'm going to drive back to my presumably still unpowered home. FMMFL.

The Verbrilli Sound's 2000 debut, Many Coloured Butterflies. This really is one of my favorite downtempo albums ever. I discovered about a decade ago after hearing a track on SomaFM's Groove Salad. I tracked down the whole album on AudioGalaxy. Go go 192K mp3s ...which have been my only source until today, when I finally got three of The Verbrilli Sound albums in FLAC.

24/96 vinyl rip of one of Oliver Lieb's most obscure releases. It a tech trance monster that came to my attention about 5 years ago because of Frankie Bones' review of it. Holy shit. Frankie was not kidding. The tracks are simple but brutally effective.
