How did it increase the market? The lightning jack was always there for those that cared to use it. It just forced the market.

I like the "resonance control devices" on top of the speaker boxes in the bottom pic!
I fail to see how potted-plant man would have a similar resonance to R2D2.

We are definitely not the demographic for the new iMessage update. Its for teens and middle-aged women. Anything more than ending a sentence with is overkill for me.

I could facilitate this but feel as if it would be underwhelming. Also, Tapatalk is lame and only shows usernames.

There have been so many since then, I can honestly barely remember yours Zach. Was it fuzzy and a little loose? [emoji14]7 minutes ago, Grand Enigma said:I get why Steve would talk about my asshole, but not you Shelly [emoji4]

^ I have really tried to like those, but I just can't.

Yes, I am using one in my car. It is quite good. I prefer it to my Resonessence Labs Herus DAC that I am using at my office by a fair margin.

I have a Google Fi phone which switches between the Tmobile, Sprint, or available wifi networks, depending upon which is the strongest. And it works for free in Europe (and the rest of the world, too). It did lose coverage in parts of the mountains in MA, but to be fair, so did my old Verizon phone. Coverage via Sprint seemed to be slightly better than Tmobile. I don't actually use much data, and you only pay for what you use, so my monthly phone bill is around $25. Unfortunately, iPhones don't work.
They are even better now. They have recently made agreements with US Cellular and Three (International).

Zach, that is her office setup as well currently, with a T410 so glad to hear the surface will be a smooth transition. I am eyeing the i5 with 16gb ram. Trying to keep things under $1500 if possible. Since the ram is soldered on and no way of upgrading later, I think the 16gb will be more suitable for future applications. Might even be able to run lightroom/photoshop on it without killing the machine. I don't know if there will be an appreciable difference between the i5 and i7 processors in day to day usage.
You will likely see very little benefit in going with an i7 vs i5 in lightroom/photoshop use. Once you start exporting video and rendering stuff, then you will have a notable difference with the hyperthreading of the i7.

Our sales guys use Surface exclusively. They dock them to larger displays and keyboard/mouse when in the office. We have had zero complaints. They are pretty awesome.
They have the i7, 8GB RAM version.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll go do some research.
Enjoy that. The Razer Core is currently more elusive than a GTX 1080.

Are they looking for a truly portable laptop or something that is more "transportable?"
Will they be using the laptop screen as a primary display or have it docked to a larger screen for typical use?
Do they store lots of media locally or on external drives/cloud?

Can anybody identify this limited edition event birth year collectible in Ivory / bone?
Peasant. It's "scientific research."
