Did you export the edge? 

not sure what software you are using, but this board file is the

same as every other one I have done. may not be compatible

with some panelizing software, but have produced thousands

of boards with the software I use.

I tried this website http://oshpark.com/  I'll email them to see if they can use it

So, I can tell you the two epsilon boards will not work without cutting them.

Will accept the zip file that KG posted in this thread.  They have a weekend warrior service for $125 that includes a free T shirt and shipping.  The order will yield around 16 boards so I am told.  I am planning on placing the order in a couple of days.

 

They will be available to any of you at cost.  Looks like $9.00 a piece after USPS (in the US), an envelope, and paypal fees.  Maybe a few cents more plus or minus.
