From what I have read this version is the "international" version. If I am correct this is the U.S box: https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/G/01/musical-instruments/detail-page/Amazon_SE215-CL_img10_lg.jpg

Is this a problem for me as I am based in the United States? And is there a difference in the manufacturing? 

Wouldn't shure be the place to go for that information?

Looking at the description from Amazon looks like you are good.

• Note this version of the product is from another country
• This international version does not include a warranty in the US
• This products is materially the same as the US version, but the packaging is different
